How You Doin?

Hello and welcome to my first official post with Kindred Stamps for 2019. I am Tania C and I am sharing with you my project using the set "The One With The Friend".

This was one of the those cards that you get in your head, it stays there, and pesters you until you actually make it. And it turned out just how I imagined so that was a total bonus!

I hand drew and cut out the city skyline in black card. Using my MISTI I heat embossed, in white, the sentiment from the set on both the black and grey card so when I adhered the black card onto the card front the sentiment lined up perfectly.

I used a 1 1/2 inch square die to cut the 6 panels for the heads. They heads fitted perfectly inside these. I kept the backgrounds and reversed "popped"my foam mount tape to the underside of the front of the card. The coloured dots are enamel accents. I hand drew the lit windows only on the front of the card. I left the square panels blank to focus on the characters.

For a step by step instruction on how to colour each of these characters you can find it on my blog (name on the DT logo under picture). It is simple to follow, gives you all the copic colours used and they look great when done.
