When will my order ship?

I need my order quick! What options do I have?

We do offer rush processing and delivery for a small fee. Please choose "Rush Processing & Delivery" at checkout. This shipping fee will move your order to the front of our list and will be completed and ready for shipping in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm PST will not begin processing until the following business day. Rush processing comes with USPS Priority Shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please note that all orders are sent via USPS, and international shipping rates have recently been raised. Your custom form is automatically generated when your shipping label is printed. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Where's my receipt?

Kindred Stamps is a green company, and we do not include a receipt with your package. An itemized order confirmation is emailed after your purchase. If you didn't set up an account during checkout, send us an email and we can resend your purchase receipt!

 What is your return policy?

Since each item is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you believe there is a defect in your item, please email us with a photo of your item for options.

 

Do you accept custom orders?

Are you kidding? Of course! My absolute favorite orders to work on are customs! Send me an email with an idea or logo that you want converted to a stamp. I don't begin any work on custom orders until payment is made in full.

Can I have a discount?

Be sure to sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on social media to be alerted to any of our sales!

Can I use your stamps with my project?

Of course! We appreciate if you credit Kindred Stamps on items created with one of our stamps, but it is not necessary. All art created with our stamps must be hand stamped. Selling single stamped images on paper is not allowed.
