We do! Please note that all orders are sent via USPS. Your custom form is automatically generated when your shipping label is printed and . Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Kindred Stamps is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Kindred Stamps is a green company, and we do not include a receipt with your package. An itemized order confirmation is emailed after your purchase. If you didn't set up an account during checkout or lost your receipt email, contact us and we can resend your purchase receipt!
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was shipped from kindredstamps.com.
To qualify for a return, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Items must be brand new in the original, unopened packaging.
A credit will be issued to your Kindred Stamps account once we receive the item back to us. We cannot issue a refund or credit for any shipping costs. Items must be mailed back in a bubble envelope to ensure it reaches us safely. We recommend shipping with tracking. If the stamp does not arrive to us, and there is not tracking information we are unable to issue a credit.
Custom stamps or gift cards are not eligible to be returned.
Are you kidding? Of course! Some of our absolute favorite orders to work on are customs! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with an idea or logo that you want converted to a stamp. We do not begin any work on custom orders until payment is made in full.
