Mini Birthday Wishes

Hello friends!! kel here sharing a mini gift tag or 3x3 card featuring the one-eyed monster from the You're A Scream stamp set!

I colored it up with my Copics and then added it to a mini 3x3 card... I used my Distress Oxides and some masking to color up that strip, and then embossed the sentiment on top of it with black powder :)
