Park Cuties Set by Rachel

Hello friends!

My name is Rachel Winn, I've been part of Audra's Creative Team for almost two years now, and feel super blessed to be part of her team! I'm excited to share with you the cards I've made using the Kindred Stamps Park Cuties Stamp Set! This set is full of magic and makes me want to take a vacation to be honest.

I started with something small, and simple. I wanted to show off the pineapple ice cream and make a little love note.  I colored it up using Copics and finished it off with some clear Nuvo drops to make it look glossy.

Next, I took the buildable sentiment from Kindred Stamps 80's Girls Stamp Set for this card. My favorite thing is sentiments that I get to put together.  The last touch for this card was some tiny orange Nuvo drops on either side of the sentiment.

My next project, I made for my littlest sister, she's an avid reader and loves a certain haunted ride at theme parks. My maid I colored using Copics, and used a thin black marker to add the stripes.

Next, I used some black chalkboard paper, and Purple Nuvo Glitter Paste on to create the base of my card. I had cut it out using my Stampin' Up Trimmer, and a Stampin' Up punch. The pattern was created using a Tim Holtz Damask stencil.

I added a sentiment from the Kindred Stamps Holidays are a Nightmare Stamp set which I punched out and trimmed down to fit on the bookmark. I finished the project off with some black, lace ribbon.

My third project, I wanted to use the cuties themselves, I colored them in Copics for her ears and to add a cinnamon sugar look to the churro I added Spica Glitter pens to the mix.

For the background, I wanted to use the ear headbands. I stamped them with Versafine Ink, then colored them in using an embossing pen. I used both the bow and plain ear headband stamps.

I used a stitched rectangle die set to create a clean, but finished look and picked the "I'm all ears" sentiment to finish it off!

My last card, I HAD to use the stunning castle, in case you didn't know, I'm a little castle obsessed! I colored it using Copics, and added Wink of Stella Clear to the blue portions to make them shine!

I kept it simple and used a fireworks scrapbooking paper cut down to fit the 5.5" x 5.5" card. For the sentiment, I used the buildable sentiments in the Park Cuties Stamp Set to build "have a magical day" I absolutely adore the font for "magical"! I embossed this with Lawn Fawn's Rose Gold embossing powder.

I hope you all enjoy my take on this set, as much as, I enjoyed creating with it! ...I may need to break it out again soon!

Until next time,

R. Winn
