What is the cancellation policy?
Your $100 dollar deposit is nonrefundable – unless event is cancelled by Kindred Stamps (see below).
If you have paid and cancel after 45 days prior to event, we cannot refund your money. If we are able to fill your spot, then we will refund your payment as it was paid minus the deposit.
Kindred Stamps reserves the right to cancel any retreat and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare or other travel expenses. Should a retreat be cancelled by Kindred Stamps, all fees previously paid will be refunded including deposit.
Refunds will be made in the manner the payment was made.
Once you have arrived at the event, there are no refunds or giving of any swag drops if you leave early.
What if I have an emergency and can't attend?
We understand that emergencies arise and sometimes are out of your control. Please see our Cancellation Policy above. Unfortunately, the $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds or mailing of any swag (including custom Kindred avatars in digital form) for “no shows”, as the meeting space and all other expenses have been paid for in advance.
What will happen at the Retreat?
Creative fun! You will have the space needed to get your craft on! We will have a full day of classes on Saturday with Justin and Audra as well as make and take stations available throughout Sunday- the rest of the time can be used to get crafty! We will have select Kindred Stamps products available for purchase, as well as VERY unique Kindred swag you won't be able to get anywhere else!
How will I get a custom Kindred Character made?
Once you have registered for the event we will send a confirmation email with details! We will request 1-2 clear photos, and offer you two outfit styles for you to choose from. There will be no revisions offered and you will not be able to see your kindred avatar until you arrive at the retreat! Your Kindred Character can only be used for personal use, cannot be used as a logo, trademark or promotional material.
What should I bring?
All materials for our make and takes and classes will be provided, so all you need to bring is fun projects you'd like to work on while you are with us for the weekend!
