Kindred Stamps offers such great variety of images and this Loch Ness monster stamp set is super cute! Today I want to show you how to achieve this look using a stippling technique. In this technique, I used Spectrum Noir TriBlend alcohol markers as a tiny dauber to create a dotted dimensional look, but you can recreate this look with any markers or colored pencils you have on hand. Wouldn't this be a great to use on fish, snakes, dragons, etc... to add a scale look to the image?
Here is a closer look a the finished monster up close/ You can see a variety of colors are used to create the scales om Nessie.
I am providing the color chart showing you the three TriBlend markers colors I chose and how different coloring and blending will lead to different effects. I have a video tutorial to share with you on my YouTube channel. Click here to learn how to recreate the Stipple Technique.
I cannot wait to see what you create with this stippling technique. Check out all the wonderful stamps and stencils Kindred Stamps has to offer. Be sure to join the Kindred Stamp Fan Club on Facebook . See what other club members create and share your Kindred Stamps creations with us. I cannot wait to see your inspirations!
