September Release Day 4 - Spooky Citizens and New Orleans Manor

Welcome to Day 4 of the September Release! Put on a happy face, we have more stamp sets! We can't forget about the citizens of our Spooky Town! So, the "Spooky Citizens" stamp set has three citizens, one of them you can change their smile! This stamp set also pairs perfectly with the "Holiday Town" paper pack and the "Spooky Town" shaker pack! To top it off, we have the haunted "New Orleans Manor" stamp set!
